Coffee Manufactory change their 04 Single Origin seasonally as they change the source of their coffee beans. Their latest lot of 04 is sourced from southwestern Colombia, Huila, nestled in-between the Central and Eastern ranges of the Andes. The variation in elevation results in Huila being one of the country's most unique and complex regions of coffee production.

It is delicate, perfumed florals, sweet and tart with raspberry, chocolate, praline, and rose flavors and the resulting cup profile is exquisite.
