Your bowl of cereal will never be the same. Milk affects everyone differently - and A2 milk makes all the difference! This milk comes from Alexandre Family Farm's cows, that are pastured year-round on their regenerative farm. All their cows are A2 cows (only containing the A2 beta casein protein known to be easily digested by the human body,)whereas most cows found in the US contain the A1 protein that cause indigestion and allergies. They then VAT-pasteurize the milk to help preserve the flavor of the nutrient rich milk with the cream on top. The resulting 100% grass fed milk that is creamy and rich - perfect to drink alone, blend in smoothies, or use in creamy rice puddings. Just make sure you shake well before use.

Almost perfect.

This milk is sweeter than most, and as you know much healthier. There are some bits of cream in it that takes some getting used to. It unfortunately does not make very good ice cream, but instead becomes a bit slippery when churned. But it’s also the only milk I’m ever buying from now on, due to it being gentler on the stomach.

A new household staple!

My son LOVES milk and drinks it by the gallon!! I usually just buy the gallon jug from the market, but after buying this one, my son won’t drink the regular gallon milk. He insists I give him the good milk!
