28 fl oz. This milk comes from Alexandre Family Farm's cows that are pastured all year long on their regenerative farm. All their cows are A2 cows, only containing the A2 beta casein protein known to be easily digested by the human body, whereas most cows found in the US contain the A1 protein that cause indigestion and allergies. They then VAT pasteurize the milk to help preserve the flavor of the nutrient rich milk with the cream on top. The resulting 100% grass fed milk that is creamy and rich - perfect to drink alone, blend in smoothies, or use in creamy rice puddings. Just make sure you shake well before use.
