Our juice is never heat-treated to maintain the highest quality flavor and maximum nutritional value. 100% Yuzu Juice is best used when making food and pairing yuzu with other strong flavors like olive oil or soy sauce. Add to marinades, vinaigrettes, directly on your vegetables and proteins and use in drinks and desserts for beautiful results.
