This Turkish and Armenian inspired salami is flavored with fenugreek, urfa biber, and smoked paprika. These salamis are cured in an old world Italian style aging facility over the course of a month to give a round and rich flavor with added spices. Best served sliced thin and at room temperature to get the most of the earthy, smoky Middle Eastern flavor.
