Wise Sons bagels are hand-crafted and hand-shaped in their San Francisco bakery using quality ingredients and traditional techniques. Their bagels are kettle boiled in malt syrup to ensure the crust is always firm and chewy. Double-coated in classic toppings while they're still warm, and carefully baked for the right amount of texture. The assorted pack includes two of each of their original flavors: sesame and poppy seed.
