Born and based in Brooklyn, Roberta's hand crafted wood fired frozen pizza, topped with nine-month aged Cheddar, Parmigiano, charred dinosaur kale, fresh garlic and Calabrian chiles. Each handmade pizza is baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy, then immediately blast chilled. The pizzas are crafted with the same ingredients, from the scratch-made dough to the handmade mozzarella, as they use at the restaurant.

Who is baby Sinclair, and why does he have such a tasty pizza named after him? Kale yes! Dug the cheddar! I added a lot more peperoncino 🌶️ bomba sauce to pump up the jam.

I first tried this pizza a year ago and because of its unique flavor profile, it quickly landed a spot at the top of my frozen pizza ranks. It doesn’t even seem like a frozen pizza, it’s crispy, cheesy, just the right amount of heat/kick and you can always throw some prosciutto on it and drizzle balsamic to really play it up!
Recommend if you like thin crust
