Have your Italian summer and eat it too! Branzino, also known as lavraki or Mediterranean sea bass, is a beautiful white fish native to the western and southern coasts of Europe. Farm-raised and flown fresh from Turkey, branzino has light, flaky white flesh with a delicate, slightly sweet taste so nuanced that it is one of the easiest fish to cook. Grill, broil or bake the fillets with just olive oil, salt & pepper and finish it Greek-style with a simple ladolemono(lemon & olive oil). Pro tip is to crisp the skin under the broiler for the last few minutes of cooking!
