Farm-raised and flown fresh from Turkey, branzino has light, flaky white flesh with a delicate, slightly sweet taste so nuanced that it is one of the easiest fish to cook. Grill, broil or bake the fillets with just olive oil, salt & pepper and finish it Greek-style with a simple ladolemono(lemon & olive oil).
