These lil dumplings are best-sellers. Dumpling fillings carry different meanings in Chinese culture, and these XLB are meant to reflect everlasting health, harmony and happiness. Made with locally sourced pork, shrimp, and/or chicken, and a rich, savory broth. From freezer to table in a few short minutes, they’re perfect as an appetizer, main course, or even a midnight snack!

In a large wok or pan, bring 2-3 inches of water to a rolling boil.Place dumplings in lined steamer basket. Make sure to leave a 1 inch gap between dumplings.Steam dumplings for 11 minutes (until internal temp. reaches 165°F). Remove from heat. Rest dumplings for 1 minute with lid on. After 1 minute remove lid and rest for an additional minute. Serve with your favorite sauces!
