Duck Rillettes

7oz. A combination of shredded duck meat and seasoned duck fat, cooked as French tradition dictactes low and slow, "confit style". Duck rillettes can be served in or out of the terrine, alongside other charcuterie or cured meats, or simply on its own with warm, rustic bread. Add some cornichons for a crunchy addition!
