An Italian cheese that is similar to mozzarella in texture, but made from %100 whole cow's milk instead of buffalo milk. Abundant in flavor, lower in moisture and packaged for longer shelf life, this Fior di Latte is easily sliced, cubed, or grated. Use it in cooked dishes because it really does melt better than fresh mozzarella.
