Abundant in flavor, lower in moisture and packaged for longer shelf life, this Fior di Latte is easily sliced, cubed, or grated. All Belfiore Cheese products are made from certified rBST-free, grade “A” milk, produced by California farmers. The company prides itself on using only 100% natural ingredients and no additives or preservatives, which has helped to establish the company's reputation for producing high-quality, flavorful cheeses. Belfiore has won several American Cheese Society awards, including blue ribbons for both their feta and fresh mozzarella, as well as their signature product, the handcrafted Fior di Latte.
