Four Star Seafood & Provisions is a premium seafood purveyor that was established in 2015 in San Francisco by chefs and co-founders Adrian Hoffman and Ismael Macias. The duo was motivated to start the company after traveling to coastal towns around the world and becoming frustrated with the lack of fresh and high-quality seafood available in San Francisco, despite its location on the Pacific Coast.

Adrian and Ismael were on a quest to revolutionize the traditional seafood business model. Recognizing the challenges inherent in the current system (often involving multiple middlemen and a lack of transparency in the fishing and delivery process), Four Star took a new approach by building direct relationships with the best fishermen up and down the California coast. This enables the Four Star team to ensure quality, speed up delivery times, and consistently deliver top quality seafood throughout The Bay Area. 

With Adrian's background as a chef and Ismael's experience in the culinary industry, Four Star Seafood & Provisions has swiftly become a beloved seafood provider in San Francisco. The business has expanded to include provisions, and Adrian and Ismael continue to push the boundaries of what is possible in the seafood industry.
