Seedlip Garden 108 celebrates the herbal and floral landscape of the the English countryside, with flavors of hand-picked peas, fresh hay, and cucumber. Complex and polarizing, it is not a gin proxy but the tasting notes of pea, hay, citrus and a little black pepper are reminiscent of the juniper-forward gin. Garden 108 shines in a G&T, gimlet or bees knees or any classic cocktail where gin is prominent.

Seedlip's non-alcoholic spirits are complex, and lightly nuanced, meant to always be used as a base to cocktails and never drank neat. Enjoy over lots of ice. Our favorite is to mix with premium ginger ale and garnish with a fresh snapped pea pod or mixed with tonic water and a dash of cardamom.
