I first tried a gougere at a local bakery and have loved them ever since! When I saw the opportunity to buy these, I didn’t hesitate. From freezer to oven to my mouth in less than 30 minutes, these bites of heaven are irresistible! They have a perfect amount of cheese and peppercorn (I’d love more salt but that’s my own preference). I’d definitely get these again!
