Nice thick cut with a great buttery flavor. Paired well with mushrooms, mashed potatoes & glazed shallots. The packaging was sealed, but there were red juices on the outside of the pack, probably from a storage/packing issue.
I mean what else can you ask for? Excellent. Carnivores must buy.
