Another cult favorite from Acme Bread Company. The recipe for the dough was originally developed for the the olive oil fougasse but now is used to make a few other shapes of bread of rolls - and the green onions baked into the bread is just about the best thing about it. Serve it with brie slices broiled on top and a big green salad for the perfect weekend lunch or brush it with some garlic and olive oil for the perfect base for your favorite bruschetta.
