The name of this bar was inspired by a cartoon Yana, the creator of only child chocolate co., watched as a child in Russia. Hedgehog in the Fog is about a timid hedgehog looking for his friend, the bear, in a mist. Foggy white chocolate is blended with bergamot, the signature flavor in earl grey tea, and topped off with freshly ground, prickly black pepper. Hedgehog in the Fog Chocolate is sweet, citrusy, and spicy. Winner of International Chocolate Awards 2018!

Yana, an only child, grew up in Moscow. As a tiny tot, she enjoyed tiny squares of bitter chocolate that sweetened the cold of Russian winters. Upon moving to Chicago in the summer of 1997, she discovered the joys of chocolate milk and peanut M&M’s, thus cementing her love for both the sophisticated flavor of dark chocolate and the exuberant cheerfulness of candy.
