Kashmiri Chai Concentrate
This Kashmiri Chai concentrate is one of the most unique teas you'll ever have. Traditional milk tea of Kashmir Valley, this is a green tea that is whipped for hours, with notes of Cardamom and Star Anise. This concentrate can be enjoyed hot or iced! For maximum flavor, add milk of your choice and see it change to a beautiful pink color. Add a pinch of salt and or sugar to taste, and if you like, serve traditionally by garnishing with crushed nuts.
Ingredients needed to make Chai: 16oz bottle
1 bottle of Chai concentrate
8 oz of your choice of dairy/Creamer
Pinch of salt
Instruction (One bottle makes 4 servings of 8oz cups with dairy or 2 servings without dairy)
- Shake your concentrate bottle before pouring in a pot.
- Over medium heat add 16oz of milk (8oz for half a bottle) and bring it to boil.
- Let it simmer for a minute on low heat.
- Pour in your favorite mug.
- Mix in some salt and sugar to taste.
- Add crushed nuts on top and Enjoy.
