Four Barrel's Kenyan Kamoini Mill Cold Coffee uses Arabica coffee beans grown by members of the Kamoini Mill collective, each of whom harvests about a half-acre of coffee beans that they prep and mill together. The soil shows itself with excellent intensity with tasting notes of white grape, elderflower, chocolate, vanilla and blackberry. Four Barrel believes that coffee should be brewed hot to capture the complex aromatics, so this can is brewed hot and then chilled to a delicious, rich, complex cup of cold coffee.
