These lovely sardinillas are caught at dawn in the Ria de Arousa by the traditional art of "Xeito" (a traditional method of fishing using a net cloth during a short 2-3 week season). La Curiosa preserves the curious, in the beautiful Ría de Arousa, Spain, with great respect for tradition and a deep passion for the people of the sea. Ingredients: Sardina Pilchardus, olive oil (32.8%), lemon, salt. May contain traces of mollusk and crustacean.
