London Broil

London Broil, also known as a Top Round Steak, is cut from the top round and is a lean, flavorful roast that takes very well to any marinade. It is best prepared broiled - which is where its name is derived from. Usually known as flank or top round steak, London Broil is prepared traditionally by marinating over night and then broiled on a high temperature in the oven. Try London Broil over mashed potatoes or parsnips and carrots.
