Born and based in Brooklyn, Roberta's hand crafted wood fired frozen pizza, topped with a bright tomato sauce, house-made mozzarella and fresh basil. Each handmade pizza is baked in a wood-burning oven imported from Italy, then immediately blast chilled. The pizzas are crafted with the same ingredients, from the scratch-made dough to the handmade mozzarella, as they use at the restaurant.
