Deux Cranes is an artisanal chocolate brand from French-trained chocolatier Michiko Marron-Kibbey and designed by creative director Ayaka B. Ito. Handcrafted in Los Gatos, Deux Cranes is a nod to their Japanese heritage and the flavors of their youth, combined with timeless French technique. Ingredients: White chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, soy lecithin [emulsifier], natural vanilla), candied sesame seeds (white sesame, sugar, salt), matcha green tea.

Ymmy matcha

This is a very tasty candy. The matcha flavor is very there but not bitter and the sesame crunch is a great texture contrast. If you like matcha get it!

Hojicha flavor

Great deep matcha flavor, actually much more like hojicha. Little tiny crunchy bits, not too sweet (highest level of compliment from an Asian person), and the chocolate itself is velvety smooth and melts easily in the mouth.
