Our family’s roots in the town of Tebourba, in Tunisia’s Medjerda valley, go back to the 18th century. The region itself has been renowned for the richness and quality of its soil for over two thousand years, since the time of the Roman Empire. Then as now, grains were grown in large quantities, olive harvests were abundant, and market gardening was highly developed, with a huge variety of fruit and vegetables. No wonder we can cultivate this magnificent medley of produce on our farms.
