Green Girl Bakeshop is a bakery on a mission to provide delicious, nutritious and allergy-friendly desserts that nourish the mind, body and soul. Founder, Lisa Stoy, was born into an Italian family and grew up learning the value of great tasting, quality and authentic foods. Her love for baking led her to experiment with different ingredients and flavors to find the perfect balance of taste and nutrition. As an adult, Lisa was diagnosed with a health condition and food allergies, which prompted her to adopt a plant-based lifestyle. However, she soon discovered that most vegan and gluten-free desserts were full of processed sugars and starches.

Inspired by her passion for baking and new-found knowledge of healthy ingredients, Lisa realized it was time to take the lessons she learned in her youth and turn them into something sweet: and Green Girl Bakeshop was born.
