Stuffed in a flaky all butter crust all to make the most comforting dinner for one. Whip up a salad with a creamy dijon vinaigraitte or a refreshing yogurt based side dish to balance out the earthy flavors. Heating Instructions: Thaw the pie in the refrigerator before cooking. Place the pie on an oven safe pan for 35-45 minutes at 400˚ F or until internal temp of 165℉. East Bay Pie Co. was founded by two long-time Bay Area culinary industry colleagues, Rahul Dharod and Bill Holdenstern. Rahul was inspired by the Bay Area food scene when he moved here from Bombay in 2008, and Bill grew up in the East Bay and had the opportunity to experience a wide variety of foods and produce from around the world at an early age. Both cofounders bring their own unique culinary backgrounds to the table, with Rahul starting his own catering company in 2014 following a career as a Product Manager in Silicon Valley, and Bill working as a chef for a fast casual restaurant while in graduate school & helping food startups develop culinary operations and food safety processes. Together, they teamed up to create East Bay Pie Co. with the shared dream of reimagining the quality comfort food of their backgrounds.

At East Bay Pie Co., they believe in simple, real food without any chemicals or additives. Ingredients should be a short list of things you can pronounce. All pies are handmade and pressed with their custom pie press, with each and every pie vetted with consistency and love. Rahul and Bill want you to experience the flavors of their childhood and yours with their pies– also known as unforgettably unique vehicles of buttery goodness.
