Hand-harvested Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc grapes are sourced by brothers on family-run vineyards in Nahe, Germany. They’re pressed and fermented like a traditional wine before undergoing gentle, low-temperature dealcoholization. This white is crispy and light with a mouthwatering acidity, has a pale straw hue, floral aromas, and notes of green apple, lemon and blossom which taste even better when slightly chilled. We suggest pairing it with soft cheeses, seasonal produce and fish.
