Wise Sons brings back this traditional Polish variant on a bagel. Bialys have the same deliciously nutty, yeasty flavor as a bagel, but unlike a bagel, which is boiled before baking, a bialy is simply baked with a pit in the middle instead of a hole. The pit is then filled with diced onion and poppy seeds for these pillowy soft Onion Bialys. Serve it as you would a bagel - slice them and smear cream cheese or jam over their craggy surface or fill with your favorite lox, smoked fish or other vegetables.

Tasty No Hole Bagel
I was Surprised when I tried this Bagel Has Mild Flavor not like the regular onion bagel too Oniony for Me Lol 😝 but this Bagel only have Caramelized Onions in the Middle . I prepared it with Cream Cheese and Scramble Eggs. Was Delicious enough that My Sister enjoyed it .it’s Fresh and the Prize is Right !!😂👍❤️
