Their cows are A2 cows, meaning that they only contain the A2 beta casein protein that is easily absorbed and digested in the human body, whereas most cows found in the US contain the A1 protein that cause indigestion and allergies.The result is a thick, rich, flavorful cream that you can use for whipped cream, or even add it to coffee and tea. We love a splash of it in our kefir.
