High in antioxidants, they're a good source of fiber, iron, and Vitamin C. This variety is very delicate and needs to be picked and packed with expert skills. There is no need to wash off the juice – it is delicious and full of nutrients! Enjoy straight out of the box or in your morning smoothies or muffins. Mulberries must be removed from the box and refrigerated immediately upon arrival as they are very fragile.
