Traditionally named radiatore, after old cast-iron steam radiators, Sfoglini's radiators have nooks and ruffled edges that capture extra sauce to offer a superb bite every time. Really loved the shape of this pasta. It was real easy to make 7-8 min and it tasted great with bolognese sauce
