I used these daikon for pickled daikon and they work great! They’re wary to cut and they pickled deliciously! Super happy with the outcome
Daikon is pretty versatile if you haven't tried it. You can eat it raw or stewed. Keeps well in the fridge. Less pungent and very juicy when it's in season.
