Straus Family Creamery sells their milk un-homogenized and quickly pasteurized (held at 171°F for 18 seconds) so that you can enjoy that deliciously creamy, farm-fresh flavor of minimally processed milk. Shake vigorously to emulsify the cream into the milk. Pro move is to scoop it out with a teaspoon and add it in your morning coffee before anyone else gets to it!

We had grown up drinking non homogenized (aka cream top) milk. This milk is excellent - the cream on top might make it inconvenient to pour out, but trust me, the less processed any food, the better it is for our gut. Homogenization is essentially processing the milk to make it last longer. We boil this, cool it down in the fridge, collect the cream & then drink the milk & it tastes way better than the store bought homogenized 2%. We then churn the collected cream to make fresh butter and ghee!
If you don’t mind shaking your milk, this is the best milk on the market in the Bay Area.
