Cured for 12 months in cellars in Lesignano de ‘Bagni, on the banks of the Parma River, Prosciutto di Parma has a delicious natural sweetness and saltiness from the cure. Serve these paper-thin slices arranged in an antipasto or appetizer platter, paired with cheeses, plump olives and nuts, or nestled in a between two slices bread for a gourmet sandwich.
