Camino was a restaurant in Oakland, CA made famous by the giant cooking hearth and use of 100% organic, local ingredients. We closed the restaurant in 2018 but continue to make Camino Vinegar--the only vinegar we used at the restaurant!

Camino Vinegar is made from drinkable wine that is aged a minimum of 4 months in oak barrels. Each batch is dated with the barreling date and each batch is a little bit different. Hope you love it!
