A local coffee roasters based in San Leandro, California, Proyecto is rebuilding one farm at a time starting with their family's in Oaxaca. It is a delicate dark roast, sweet and nutty with dark chocolate, walnut, and flavors of clove and the resulting cup profile is exquisite.
