Proyecto Diaz Coffee sources their single origin San Juan from La Paz, Bolivia, a landlocked country on the western side of South America. Although not historically known for coffee, in the last few years it’s begun to focus its agricultural efforts into coffee production. A local coffee roasters based in San Leandro, California, Proyecto is rebuilding one farm at a time starting with their family's in Oaxaca.

It is a delicate medium roast, crisp and nutty with marzipan, milk chocolate and crisp apple flavors and the resulting cup profile is exquisite.
