Proyecto Diaz Coffee sources their single origin Women's Cooperative from from Asociación de Mujeres Caficultoras del Cauca, a producer association of 274 Boss Babes who live in Cauca, Colombia. The cooperative is dedicated to improving coffee quality and opportunities for women producers, and works with Expocafé, an exporter dedicated to supporting coffee cooperatives. A local coffee roasters based in San Leandro, California, Proyecto is rebuilding one farm at a time starting with their family's in Oaxaca.

It is a delicate medium roast, sweet and spicy with brown sugar, tamarind and flavors of spices and the resulting cup profile is exquisite.
