Love this duck prosciutto! I enjoyed it with goat cheese, honey and a crispy cracker. Very delicate and delicious!
Just As Good As Prosciutto!
Good flavor and has the umami of normal prosciutto. Great for those who don’t eat pork. Only comment is that the texture is slightly chewy and you only get 9 small pieces.
