Our beef salami is is inspired by the history and culture of New York City delis. It's naturally smoked and seasoned with our favorite deli spices. It's great for snacking on the run or eating with your favorite mustard and pickles.

What Makes Us Different: Our meats are Pastured Raised with No Antibiotics. There are also No Nitrates in our products.
