Smoked in small batches over alderwood, the smoked fish is then packed and canned by a family-owned cannery off the coast of Washington. Best tinned fish
This is my favorite tinned fish - I usually make a smoked trout salad with sour cream, lemon juice, red onion, and celery. Delicious!

Loved the smoke on these. Especially pouring that flavor oil over hot steamed white rice. A little on the pricey side but worth trying.
