Fishwife has joined forces with another cult favorite, Fly by Jing, for this limited edition Smoked Salmon with Sichuan Chili Crisp, making our tinned fish dreams come true. Sourcing their salmon from Kvarøy Arctic, the first finfish farm to carry the Fair Trade USA seal and a third-generation family farm in the icy Arctic circle, it is then brined in Fly by Jing's Sichuan Chili Crisp, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and brown sugar. Smoked in small batches, the salmon is then packed and canned by a family-owned cannery off the coast of Washington. Pairs best with creamy scrambled eggs with its smoky, spicy flavor, or on plain egg noodles.

I agree with the first review: just eat these straight out of the can! They’re quite salty but very flavorful, and handy to have around when you want a quick savory bite. Just wish they weren’t so darn expensive.
