Diaspora, in sourcing the textiles for these dishtowels, has worked with an amazing women who also helped raise her, Sunita Aunty who also sourced all her family's best textiles. So a full 27 years later she went back to her roots to source the same quality textiles for these dish towels that feel very special. We've been using these bright, surprisingly absorbent, and quick drying dish towels in our own home for the past year and they bring so much joy and color into our kitchen.
