If you know pizza, you know Prince Street Pizza! Home of the NYC's legendary SoHo Square Pizza, PSP is an NYC slice shop that draws long lines for its Neapolitan pizzas and Sicilian square pies. It first opened its doors in New York City in 2012 to heaps of acclaim, and in 2020 a much-anticipated offshoot opened in West Hollywood, bringing these insanely popular square pizzas to the City of Angels.

At Prince Street Pizza, they’re building their signature pizzas “upside down,” with mozzarella arranged atop a handmade crust before being topped with a family-recipe tomato sauce (and, for the signature Spicy Spring, enough pepperoni to cover the entire pie). When baked, the pillowy crust crisps in the pan, the pepperoni curls up into little pools of oily deliciousness, and… well, we’re drooling! This is the often imitated, never duplicated, pizza that took Instagram by storm and still commands daily lines around the block.
