Spruce + Candy Salame
This pork salame blends spruce tips with 18th Street Brewing's American Pale Ale and lemon peel, clove, Calabrian pepper, and pink peppercorns.
Store at cool, consistent room temperature (refrigerate after cutting open).

A little too Sprucey for me
This was a nice addition to a cheese plate but some bites felt way too Sprucey and like I was biting a Christmas tree. It was a hit among guests, though!
