Delicious as it is colorful, it’s the earliest and most productive of the yellow squash. Use sunburst squash wherever you would use any other sweet squash: in soups, stews, casseroles, curries, or even on nachos and simply prepared with brown butter. Approx 2-3 ct. per lb.
