A tasty vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free snack!

A savory, petite, and plant-based pupusa! Bonus: they reheat quickly in case you're having a snack attack. Just in case the reheating instructions aren't on your pack: place in a lightly oiled sauté pan over medium heat, approximately 3 minutes each side.

Yum!

I love pupusas and these did not disappoint. The Swiss chard is earthy and delicious. Vegan and gluten free, they were so tasty for a quick lunch. They are small but a nice item to keep in the freezer. I topped with Greek yogurt, lime, and a guajillo salsa.
