The Cumberland Sausages
1lb, 6 sausages. Probably the most famous of all British bangers. A delicious blend of pasture raised pork, gluten-free crumb (rice flour, water, yeast, salt, cane sugar), salt, white pepper, black pepper, sage, thyme and mace. Arrives frozen.
Cooking Instructions: Bring some water to the boil, turn down to simmering. Add the sausages and gently simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the sausages and completely cool at room temperature before refrigerating. After cooling they can be fried, grilled, oven baked or even barbecued without fear of being under cooked.

Great taste and texture
The rice flour gives these sausages a great texture; it’s not chewy or tough to eat like so many other sausages.
These are close to a traditional British Banger, as just a bit of rice flour is added to the meat. When cooked, the casing gets really nice and crispy. The flavor is just wonderful. These are such a treat.
Served with a side a cooked greens. The sausages had a lot of good flavor and it’s rad that they are gluten-free.
