The FUNCLE (aka the everything bagel’s fun uncle) is a classic egg challah topped with challahdad’s special everything bagel and fennel seasoning. We recommend slicing this bad boi in half (hamburger style), grilling both sides, schmearing on cream cheese, drizzling on some hot honey, and closing it up like a big ol’ bagel. Or just rip it apart when it arrives.

Gone in 30 seconds

Arrived moments before a housewarming party. Defrosted, then toasted lightly in the oven. As per Challahdad’s rec, we smothered in butter, cream cheese, honey, flaky salt, and I added smoked paprika. Delicious appetizer and completely disappeared. Yummmmm 🤩

Great texture and fun "everything" topping

It's a fun idea for some Challah... the loaf was a nice large size. The topping was generous and the bread had a really nice texture and a good taste. However, I found the bread to be on the dry side where typically I find Challah to be moist. I'm used to Challah with a bit more eggy flavor... but this loaf was definitely better than most I've had delivered.
