Started by an Englishman living in LA who missed the taste of home and who doesn’t agree with the commercial meat industry in the US. We work with a farm who care and raise their pigs on pastures and roaming woodlands. Our flavor profiles are blended by a master spice blender in LA, using only herbs, spices and salt. We believe that the better the ingredients that go into a product, the better the end product will be.
