9th & Larkin makes bean-to-bar chocolate in small batches. Each batch is handcrafted with the highest quality cacao beans sourced from a single region, just like single malt whiskey or single origin coffee, and using as little as two ingredients to achieve the purest flavor profile possible. Starting with raw cacao beans, they carefully select, sort, roast, winnow, grind, refine, temper, mould and wrap each bar by hand.

This blend, sourced from Tieng Giang - a province in southern part of Vietnam - has tasting notes of brown sugar, nuts & cinnamon, with hints of figs and persimmon on a solid chocolate background.
